Young people are natural ideators and builders. Just as a student on a bike surpasses the peregrine falcon in efficiency of movement, we, as Steve Jobs said, are tool builders capable of remarkable innovation. Human beings have continuously changed the world through relentless creativity, exemplified by the invention of the bicycle. At PitchTank, we believe that if we, as teens, can be passionate about what we want to create, we can make a significant impact on the universe. PitchTank is here to support you, the young innovators of business, in making that positive impact and turning your entrepreneurial dreams into reality

Why PitchTank?

As a high school student with a passion for entrepreneurship, I witnessed the immense potential and creativity of my peers. I realized that many young innovators lacked the resources and support needed to bring their ideas to fruition. Inspired by this observation, I founded PitchTank with a simple yet powerful mission: to empower fellow young entrepreneurs to turn their visions into reality. 

About Us

Satvik Daram Executive Board Member 

Satvik Daram is a 15-year-old sophomore at John P. Stevens High School in Edison, New Jersey, with a deep passion for engineering and business. Intrigued by entrepreneurship, he joined his peers at PitchTank to support other students' dreams by connecting them with real-world experiences with business owners, helping them take the first step toward success. Satvik's engineering enthusiasm led him to help his friends start a rocketry team, Starboard. Additionally, Satvik has a passion for playing music, allowing him to express his creativity and unwind.

Akram Razak

Executive Board Member 

Akram Razak is a 15 year old freshman at John P. Stevens in Edison, NJ. He hopes to excel in business industry and possibly become an entrepreneur. He joined the Pitch Tank board in order to assist the many struggling teenagers that may view starting a business with lots of difficulty or who view it as impossible. He hopes to help those with good ideas put them to a good cause.

Abhinav Pentyala

Founder/ Executive Director 

Abhinav Pentyala is a 15 year old rising sophomore at John P. Stevens High School in Edison, New Jersey, with big dreams of entrepreneurship. Inspired by his own passion for innovation and driven by a desire to support fellow young visionaries, Abhinav founded PitchTank. His mission? To provide a platform where budding entrepreneurs can discover opportunities and kick-start their own entrepreneurial journeys. But Abhinav's entrepreneurial spirit doesn't stop there. He's also the author of "Teen BizCase," an anthology showcasing the stories of successful entrepreneurs who have turned their ideas into thriving ventures. Beyond his entrepreneurial pursuits, Abhinav is a consecutive world finalist in Odyssey of the Mind, demonstrating his creativity and problem-solving skills on a global stage.
